LIBA is managed by a Board of Advisors that is comprised of 5 members of different professional background (teacher, banker, social worker, IT expert and politician).
They offer both the technical backstopping in all program interventions and supports reach out to different partners for collaboration and linkages.

The Executive Director of LIBA, Jacqueline Jumbe-Kahura, is the secretary to the Board, who ensures that LIBA delivers its manadate and meets other compliance issues.
